What WholeMeld collects
WholeMeld may collect the account information you provide, such as your name and email address, plus the tasks, plans, goals, support requests, and Life Reset summaries you choose to save. The first release is for users age 13 and older.
How information is used
We use your information to provide the life-organization service, keep your information synced across sessions, support your account, track referral attribution, and determine whether WholeMeld Plus is active.
Payments
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. WholeMeld does not store full card numbers in its own database. Stripe receives payment and billing information according to Stripe's own privacy practices.
Cloud services
WholeMeld uses Supabase for authentication and application data. Information needed to provide the service is transmitted to those systems when you use cloud features.
Sharing
WholeMeld's share feature is designed to share a privacy-safe result such as the number of next steps created, not the private contents of your tasks. You decide whether to share.
Referrals
If you join through a referral link, WholeMeld may record which referral code led to your signup so the referring user can receive bonus free usage.
Data choices
You can delete your WholeMeld account from the Profile screen. Account deletion removes the WholeMeld user account and user-owned app records that are configured to cascade with account deletion. If you have an active paid subscription, canceling billing is a separate step.
Safety and sensitive topics
WholeMeld is an organization tool, not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, emergency, or other licensed professional advice. Avoid entering information you do not want stored in your account.
Children
WholeMeld does not permit accounts for children under 13 in this release. If we learn that an under-13 account was created, we may delete it.
Changes
This policy may be updated as WholeMeld adds features. Material changes should be reflected in an updated effective date and, when appropriate, an in-app notice.
Contact
Signed-in users can submit a support request from Profile → Support.
